The left side of the main page shows the popular options to bet on. These include the live betting, pre-match odds and e-sports or more specifically, e-football.

The markets available for betting in the various matches include first, second half and full time results, number of goals per half and the match overall in the over/under market from 0 up to five.

There’s also double chance for a team to win or draw and draw-no-bet, half with most goals, correct score, odd and even number of goals and extra time results where applicable and half time/full time bets.

The website also offers odds on combos half time and full time match result mixed with number of goals per team and match in general.

The E-sports and E-football platforms, however, are a bit scarce with no action for most of the times we visited the site.

Ababet Uganda covers a number of the top leagues in the world like the UEFA Champions and Europa Leagues, English Premier League, German Bundesliga, Spanish La Liga, Italy Serie A, French Ligue 1 and the Netherlands Eredivise.

You can only deposit your fuds through Airtel and MTN Mobile Money while using Ababet. For MTN;

Enter the amount you want to deposit and click Deposit.

A message will pop-up on your registered phone for you to enter your PIN to authorize transaction. The money will reflect into your account shortly.

 The deposit limits are determined by your mobile money network provider.

Withdrawal is pretty much simple as well.

Go to the menu bar on the right and click withdrawal. A withdrawal window will pop-up where you will enter the amount you want to withdraw from your registered line and complete the transaction.

Customer care

Ababet doesn’t have a live chat option on their website but has a 24/7 customer service that is always ready to help the customers answer queries. To contact them quite easily, you can call any of the lines directly. Their Airtel contact 0200307200 and MTN -0323002470 are always ready to receive a call. However, unlike Gals Sports Betting, betPawa and other top sports betting websites in Uganda, Ababet customers have to pay a toll to access the two direct call lines. That could be a little bit expensive ad a turn off for a new low-budget customer who wants to acquire information. The customer also don’t care to return a call once the customer’s airtime has been depleted mid the conversation.

Their other option of emailing via support@ababet.com requires questions that not urgent since they take quite a lot of time to reply. In fact, my email has never been replied for over a week. The website itself lacks enough information on offers and other important guides besides their Terms & Conditions!

Comparison

To be honest, Ababet offers the minimum to be called a sports betting website and ranks the lowest in our list of sports betting websites.

The only unique feature in the website is the E-sports which, as seen below, doesn’t function most of the time. It is always empty as seen in the image below;

When the sportsbook is rated against the industry’s giants Gals Sports Betting and betPawa, they’re dwarfed by their absence of a casino and only limited to football.

And even when it comes to the football that they’re specialized in, all the other best sports betting websites offer better and a variety of markets as compared to Ababet. Not to say that their odds are among the least competitive in the market.

The website has a provision for live betting but, again, never reliable at all times. There are many matches especially during the weekdays that flood the Gals Sports Betting, betPawa and other top sports betting websites but are not offered live on Ababet.

The other shortcoming is that Ababet doesn’t have a mobile application which makes it hard for many customers who prefer such options to keep track of their activities. That said, the website has been optimized for use with a mobile function making it a better alternative.
